As administrator, you can configure whether flagged email messages (spam or phishing) are moved automatically to designated folders or stay in the inbox. Alternatively, you can give end-users the choice to decide which option works best for them.   

 

  1. In the Dashboard, select Organization Admin

2. In the left panel, select Addin Configs

The add-in configs panel will be displayed as shown below:

3. To enable for the entire organization the option of automatically moving spam or phishing messages to designated folders, check the corresponding check boxes under Quarantine (move to folder):

Phishing messages will be moved automatically to a folder named quarantine by default. You can enter a different name using the text box.

 

4. To allow end-users to select the option to move flagged emails to phishing/spam folders or keep them in their inboxes, uncheck the corresponding check boxes.  In this case, end-users will be able to enable/disable the corresponding feature their their add-in interface.

5. Click Save Configurations to validate the configuration changes.
