As an administrator, you can view and configure the local blacklist of your end-users.


1. In the dashboard, select Organization Dashboard>Account Blacklist

The user accounts will be displayed.


2. Locate the end-user account (e.g. using the search box):

3. Click on the user account to display the corresponding local blacklist:

4. To delete a blacklist entry, click on the Delete icon near it and then Save.
