In case where emails are not being categorized (i.e. labelled) in your inbox, the solution is to re-activate the add-in as follows:


  1. Select and open any email in your inbox:

2. Click the Email Veritas add-in icon. The following panel will be displayed:

3. Select the Checkbox to agree to the privacy policy and click Authorize.


4. Follow the onscreen instructions to re-activate (reinitialize) the add-in.
