The purpose of whitelisting is to maintain a list of domains or IP addresses that are trusted.

To add a domain or IP address to the whitelist, do the following:

1.         Select Threat Mitigation

2.         Click Whitelist

3.         Enter the IP or URL or email to the whitelist and click Add.

 

You can upload multiple IP/URL to the whitelist using a file; the file format must be in CSV or text. The IP address/URL must be listed in a single column, with one item per row, e.g.:

example.com

145.20.90.10

ibmxyz.com

micr0s0ft.com

 

To upload a file, click Upload and select the corresponding file.

 

To remove an IP address or URL from the whitelist, do the following:

1.         Click Threat Mitigation

2.         Select Whitelist

3.         Click the Delete icon near the corresponding domain name or IP address

4.         On the popup, click Delete
